NUSA DUA, Indonesia, Nov 8 (Reuters) – Indonesia’s plan to raise the obligatory palm oil content of biodiesel to 40% next year from 35% will need additional feedstock supply of around 3 million metric heaps, a senior Indonesia Palm Oil Association (GAPKI) authorities said on Friday.

Indonesia’s crude palm oil output is seen at 48 million metric lots in 2024, down 4% from last year, but is anticipated to rise to 50 million in 2025, GAPKI board of advisers member Joko Supriyono informed the Indonesia Palm Oil in Bali.
